About the role: This position is based in our head office located in Ortigas, Pasig City - Philippines, but expectations are to travel to the respective sites covered by the position.
The Territory Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while driving business growth.
This position oversees operations, ensures on-time and in-full (DIFOT) deliveries, manages contracts, and fosters strong relationships with stakeholders.
Success in this role requires ensuring safe and efficient site operations, maintaining compliance with company policies, and contributing valuable market insights to support strategic decision-making.
What you will be doing: Operations and People Management:Oversee site operations per SHES policies.Track and report DIFOT and tonnage performance.Conduct monthly site operational reviews.Manage asset lifecycles, including capital planning and replacements.Maximize asset utilization, availability, and security.Ensure a skilled, motivated team meets business needs.Implement succession and development plans using performance management.Sales, Marketing and Commercial Management:Prepare and negotiate bids for key accounts and finalize site contracts.Identify and convert business development opportunities for differentiation.Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.Manage contract aspects, including invoicing and rise & fall adjustments.Ensure CFC and CAPEX controls align with budgeted expenditures.Collaborate with Credit and Collections to ensure customer debtor compliance with contract terms.What you will bring: Tertiary qualification (a post-graduate qualification in frontline management is desirable).Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer and operations management within a manufacturing or technical environment.Proven track record of leading small to medium-sized teams for at least 7 years.High integrity, strong ethical standards, and personal values.Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting the success of others.
