We are seeking a Territory Manager that will enjoy engaging with both clinical and administrative hospital staff. You will understand their needs and build long-lasting connections through a consultative sales approach. After a comprehensive 7-week training program, you will visit units where open and laparoscopic surgeries are performed, including electrosurgery, colorectal, bariatric, gynecology, urology and orthopedics. You will engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses to propose solutions.
This is a dynamic field position, where you will be responsible for a dozen of hospitals and clinics in the greater metropolitan area of Madrid and the area of Cuenca. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and you will be in regular contact with the rest of the sales team in Spain and your colleagues in the Netherlands (our European Headquarters).
Key Responsibilities: Identify key stakeholders per product segment and manage relationships autonomously.
