Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. Summary:THE ROLE WILL REPORT TO OPERATIONS SPAIN LEADERSHIP, THE ROLE IS NOT RELATED TO ALIGHT'S HR/TALENT ACQUISITION. Responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise support a selection of clients.
The Role:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in your designated business unit. Our business is continuously growing and therefore the recruitment successes are essential. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and of course with HR and Line Managers. As we work in an international environment, you will also cooperate with other HR teams across the globe.
