You will be expected to work individually and as part of the team, researching and understanding individual pre-qualification tender requirements in respect of the submissions being made to ensure that they are accurate, fully compliant, and that deadlines are successfully met.You will accompany the commercial team throughout the whole life of the tender, including the pre-tender phase, the response preparation, and the execution.Key Activities:Be the tender partner of the commercial team in the whole tendering process: analysis of the tender documentation, settlement of a winning strategy, coordination of a successful bidding proposal, etc.Align to the commercial strategy related to public customers.Coordinate high-quality tender submissions in a timely manner, including downloading/uploading tender documents via procurement portals, managing the approval process before tender submission, and liaising with colleagues to gather supportive data.Close cooperation with the commercial team to deploy the answer to tenders, share the information and proceed in the business process.Analyze tender results WON/LOST.Follow the metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the success of the tenders.Maintain a library of frequently used documents and standard responses.Follow up on the awarded and lost tenders: duration, price update, and renewal.Seeking opportunities for new businesses and forwarding them to the Divisions.Collect and analyze data utilizing Stryker's systems and databases to obtain reports that will anticipate our tender strategy.Attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of information.Ensuring compliant processes and adherence to pricing policies.Participate in the resolution of contract and pricing disputes related to tenders.Your profileYou hold a bachelor's degree in law or similar.You speak native or fluent Portuguese AND native or fluent Spanish.You also have a professional level of English.You have up to 5 years of working experience in public procurement (ideally), or in areas like customer service, sales, etc.Who you areYou work efficiently with cross-functional teams and people at different levels in a matrix organization.You are a strategic and conceptual thinker.You are a team player.You are a multi-tasker, disciplined in managing your own time.You are self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.You have great collaboration skills to gather necessary information and build trust.You have an excellent written and oral command of the English and Spanish languages.What do we offer in return?We grow talent; we give you the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths.
