Overview of the Role: As the Tender Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire tender process for Spain.
You will be responsible for pre-working, on-working, and post-working stages of tenders, ensuring we secure key contracts and expand our market presence.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent market intelligence and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage the full lifecycle of the tender process, including pre-working, on-working, and post-working stages, to ensure timely and successful submissions..
Collect and analyze tender information from various sources to identify opportunities and strategize submissions.
Work closely with the portfolio team to align tender products, including ARVs and non-ARVs, with market demands and strategic goals.
Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring our tenders are competitive and compelling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local logistics partners, principal recipients, and key stakeholders in B2C retail and hospital business sectors.
Act as the primary point of contact for tender-related communications, ensuring clear and effective coordination between all parties involved.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
A degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Spain, including regulatory requirements and procurement processes.
Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret market intelligence and tender information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
