Job Summary: This position is a member of the Tender Management team responsible for the customer-facing contents that RFI/RFP processes require.
They use the technical input from subject-matter experts to develop compelling storylines and craft them into market-ready documents.
They maintain TM's content library lodged in the company-provided tool and other forms of archive that constitute data repositories including readily usable boilerplate documents and digital assets.
Some of the deliverables of this role are proposals, business cases, executive summaries, presentations, reports, etc.
Responsibilities:Manage contents, collect, organize, manage, communicate and facilitate the use of both technical (including financial and legal) and commercial information in the context of bids and RFQs and their internal processing.Understand customer requirements and dissect bids in order to facilitate the creation of executive summaries, value propositions, presentations, etc.Produce documents that fully convey basic and complex technical ideas in simple, yet meaningful ways.Check for quality and consistency, take corrective actions and manage discrepancies.Communicate visually using PSA BDP's guidelines to promote brand recognition.Engage content experts, subject-matter experts, functional experts, and internal service providers to maintain fully pre-approved content bases.The content specialist is responsible for the proposal library and data repository, the management of versions and their integrity.Job Requirements:Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Graduate from relevant and/or compatible programs including English, Technical Writing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.Proficient in: Business English, MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Acrobat Pro, etc.Minimum 4 years of professional working experience in technical writing, corporate communications, copywriting, narrative marketing, editing, etc.Previous experience with cross-functional teams, multicultural environments, and project-based work is a must.Mastery of an additional language (German, French, Spanish, etc.) is highly desirable.
