Key responsibilitiesQualification and distribution of all incoming tenders for Short Sea and Deep SeaDetermine pricing strategy and approach with Account Manager and Line ManagementPreparation and distribution of the RFI/RFQ with clear instructions and deadlinesAlign the tender Terms & Conditions with the legal departmentAlign service delivery requirements with our Line management, Customer Service, Intermodal, Equipment and Finance departmentsEnsure proper and quality follow up is provided to each roundReview of all tender requirements before submissionFollow up on tender status, nominations with the account managerEnsure that awards are correctly filed as per agreement and stakeholders are informedFollow up on tender performance versus awardsMaintain the tender calendar with status of current and upcoming tendersProfileExperience in the logistic industry, preferably in shippingAnalytical, thorough and good with planning and deadlinesProactive, independent and result drivenStrong and clear communicator in both Dutch and EnglishStrong proficiency in MS Office, with the emphasis on MS ExcelOfferA varied and independent position in an informal working environment.A competitive salary and a fixed 13th month.27 holidays and a 38.75-hour workweek.Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.Good canteen at reasonable prices.Please contact Petra Kloet at our Rotterdam office or email your CV to ****** if you would like to know more about this position.
