Receive, disburse and process all transactions in accordance with the Company policy and protocol, while providing outstanding customer service to the Michael Kors customer.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer Service:
Provide the highest level of customer service by greeting each customer in a warm and friendly manner.
Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with information on procedures or store policies.Operations:
Compute and record totals of transactions.
Assist with counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that float amounts are correct and all registers contain adequate change.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.Job Requirements:
Experience in retail and cash management.
Able to work as a team member.
Excellent personal organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Able to multi-task effectively.
Able and willing to deliver exceptional customer service.
