What You'll DoMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will support the department in the following functions, among others as needed:
Management of the company's flexible compensation plan, ensuring the process complies with compensation policies and legal and tax requirements: Meal vouchers, transport vouchers, childcare vouchers, pension plans (individual contributions), extended life insurance, car leasing.Management of other social benefits, including medical insurance, life and accident insurance, and pension plans, ensuring policy compliance and good employee service.Drafting documents and certificates.Keeping the internal HR system updated.Recruitment processes: reviewing documentation and employment contracts, processing documentation for foreign candidates, handling administrative tasks with Social Security, NIE, etc.Reviewing new employees' tax situations, including assessment of tax residency, application of expatriate regimes, IRPF adjustments, etc.Managing contracts with temporary employment agencies and interns to ensure compliance with labor and internal control requirements.Administrative tasks with other business areas requiring interaction with offices in other countries.Tax exemption program (7p): Collaborate in its management and application, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and proper documentation to justify tax exemption on employee payrolls, minimizing risk to the company. Address employee inquiries.Preparing documentation for new hires and participating in their onboarding process.Ensuring compliance with company policies for both employees and new hires.Supporting the team on new projects.Providing support to the Operations area on specific projects.Please note that this position is not limited to the responsibilities outlined above, and the scope of work and responsibilities may change over time.
What You'll BringDegree in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration (ADE). 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within international service companies.
