Job Description: As a Coordinator, Logistics Execution you will be responsible for executing all logistics activities for French-speaking countries, assuring that CHEP provides a constant and efficient supply of equipment to its customers (Retailers and Manufacturers) at the right time, in the right manner, and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Major / Key Accountabilities: Daily Management of order processing On Time Performance to Customers and transport quality tracking and monitoring Supports Central in execution related incidents Logistics Support for CHEP & External Managed Service Customers Dedicated fleets management and Route Management Contact with local customers and third party provider (Service Centres, D locations, PT Call Centre) to deliver CHEP orders Local level customer collaboration execution Short term quick decisions to resolve day to day operational issues (e.g., urgent delivery to be arranged, transport failure to be resolved...) On time arrival day and hour for all type of deliveries and collections, relocations, managed exchange and managed recovery orders Volume of customer Service Complaints and resolution delay Experience Ideally Required: Logistics execution expertise would be a plus Supply Chain background an advantage Experience in an office environment with frequent customer and provider contacts (emails, calls) would be highly evaluated Experience in an environment with urgent requests and comfortable to manage those urgencies would be a plus for this position.
Skills and Knowledge: Computer basics (Office, Email, Excel useful) Good numeracy skills Excellent communication skills (email, phone) Able to relate to customers, transporters, team members, and other CHEP departments appropriately and to switch easily between them SAP and Transport Management system desirable Languages: French native / proficient level is a must.
English and Spanish fluent level.
