Position Summary
As a Trade Asset Specialist at Nestlé Professional, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the flawless operation and maintenance of our trade assets, such as coffee and beverages machines. In close collaboration with Sales Teams, Operations and External providers, your primary responsibility will be to manage the technical support and servicing of these assets to guarantee optimal performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and minimize downtime.
A Day in the Life
Each day as a Trade Asset Specialist will bring a mix of planning, analysis, customer interaction, and collaboration with Nestlé teams—providing diverse and rewarding experiences while playing a vital role in delivering world-class food and beverage solutions in our Market. Some of the key activities are:
Oversee the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of Nestlé Professional equipment, ensuring compliance with Centre brand standards, Market settings and best practices.Work closely with the sales team to ensure equipment is aligned with customer needs and operational goals.Plan and coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless technical service delivery. Define the stock levels according to the customer needs and technical requirements.Maintain detailed service records, create and manage protocols for installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring performance metrics to continually improve service quality.Communicate with the operations team to provide feedback and discuss tactics with specific equipment models. Roll out project launches for new technical solutions together with the business.Support and maintain all Risk Assessments and method statements involved with Machines in the Market.What will make you successful?
