In this role you will drive the business result by defining the retail optimized network & sales follow up by channel.
What you'll do Ensure targets by channel are reached Give support to the Customer Activation Manager & Channel & Acquisition Manager with the analysis of the different KPIs related to Sales & Service per channel. Detect areas of improvement & coordinate with Insights. Propose & ensure Actions Plans to revert negative trends. Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and boutique network's optimization Identify opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutiques by leveraging commercial, customer and geomarketing insights. Develop business cases for new boutiques or existing boutiques to enable omnichannel business growth. Follow Up of the P&L defined in the Boutique Requests. Support B2C Commercial Manager in the Retail Development & Optimization Plan in Spain. Assess Refurbishment plan and BTQ network optimization (openings, closings, downsizings, relocations…) to best adapt to strategy. Retail Management Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX.
