Telesales Representative - German Speaker

Avis Budget Group Contact Centre is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our Tele Sales team. If you are passionate about sales, customer satisfaction and high performance, and by the way, you are not afraid of picking up the phone, then you are ready to be part of the team.
Your role will involve: Manage a small and medium business portfolio and develop revenue to reach agreed business objectives.Proactively generate, profile, and qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities (no cold calling).Provide regular feedback to team leaders and country contacts.Provide efficient, effective, enthusiastic and professional customer service over the telephone. We offer: 27.126,85€ gross per year fix, plus monthly bonus from 300 fix up to 1.000 € per month.Work from home optional 3 days a week.Permanent contract full time 39 hours a week.Wellness and fun activities.VIP district and rental car discounts.Excellent and multicultural environment in Barcelona World Trade Centre.Ticket restaurant after one year in the company. We want you to have: Experience in Sales / Telesales / Commercial highly preferred.Language: German as mother tongue level & intermediate level of English.Windows-based technology.Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).Oral and written professionalism (B to B environment).Sales negotiation, portfolio management.Hunting / new business generation.Farming / Account Management.Customer experience attitude.CRM software (Salesforce) preferred.
