Telesales Agent With French And Flemish

Job Summary: You will be part of a Benelux team that shows best practice and tests new products and material.
Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls in French and Flemish and offer insurances to consumers.
Register appliances for consumers who have purchased new appliances.
Capture all details and confirm the registration.
Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance to consumers.
Demonstrate strong commercial skills and knowledge of sales techniques.
Provide strong customer service and work to targets.
Communicate effectively and provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
Knowledge: Languages: Fluent in Flemish and French.
Sales experience: At least 6 months.
