Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls in French and Flemish, offering insurances to consumers. Assist consumers who have purchased a new appliance to register their appliances. Capture all details and confirm the registration. Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance to consumers. Demonstrate a strong commercial profile, knowledge of sales techniques, and ability to handle objections. Exhibit strong customer service skills, work towards targets, and adapt to changes in products. Provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices. Knowledge: Languages: Fluent in Flemish and French. Sales experience: At least 6 months.
