Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Telephony Solution Architect (f/m) to join our Information Management Department.
As a Telephony Solution Architect, you will join the Devices and Services team within Airbus Digital Workplace Department, which aims to digitalize Airbus employees' ways of working.
The Devices and Services team goal is to enable employees with the provision of modern 'endpoint' services and the ability to access Airbus business applications and solutions wherever they are working.
It includes provision, configuration, deployment, and management of the following:
Virtualization Solutions Computer SolutionsPrinting & ScanningApplication & StoreTelephony SolutionsAs a Telephony Solutions Architect, you will participate in the architecture of the Telephony product and bring technical expertise to the team.
All these activities have to be driven in the frame of the international IT transformation and the Airbus Digitization initiatives (Smartphone for all, IPT Upgrade, Cloud Migration…)
You will work closely with other team members, subcontractors, projects/program managers, Service Delivery Managers, Security Officers, business representatives, and other IT teams in France and across Europe.
Your challenges:
Responsible for the Architecture management, to follow and challenge the activity from the project phase to the operation management phaseBeing the Technical Expert in order to advise and deliver a specific technology or methodology use caseBalance technological opportunities with business (process) requirementsDefine the medium to long-term roadmap of the product and derivation of implications (resources, budget & processes)Implement initiatives and promote sustainability while ensuring the security of the product designSupport day-to-day activities, participate in retrospectives to identify improvement opportunitiesDesign, integrate, and implement IT solutions and ensure that technical solutions, procedures, and models for development are up-to-date and comply with standardsEnsures consistency across IT ProductsThis job will involve some travel for business once a quarter in Europe, and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.Your boarding pass:
Solid knowledge of Cisco telephony and unified communications technologiesCisco portfolio product certifications are a plusGood knowledge of Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)Foundation in Cybersecurity, IT network, and IT infrastructureGood communication skills, capacity to drive change and manage stakeholdersA negotiation level in English is required; French would be a plusThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
