Job Description
Understand and capable of doing all Switchboard office duties.
Answer and connect all the external and internal calls.
Takes messages and control all messages if they have been received by the guests.
Handle wake-up call requests.
Control the Voice Mail and the Telephone Interface if the systems are working properly.
Handle fire alarm and bomb threat.
Handle guests' doctor requests.
Check the telephone charges that have been made properly.
Handle guests' "Do Not Disturb" requests.
Inform the Manager on Duty about all the important and emergency events.
Follow-up daily notes, logbook, checklist.
Helps for all duties at the desk.
Follow up daily duties and signs the checklist.
Updates all guest information from registration card to the computer system.
Perform other duties assigned by his/her Supervisor.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Ability to work from multiple shifts includes night shift.
Good communication skills; Arabic and Russian speaker is highly preferred.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
