Reimagine What's Possible And at the European Shared Services Center based in Cornellà de Llobregat, with more than 300 employees, we support the group's various subsidiaries of all Europe and other regions. We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed of employees from around 30 different nationalities.
We are looking for a Telemetry Support Analyst, who will be in charge of the installations remotely, based in Barcelona.
As Telemetry Support Analyst, you will: Ensure all the requests for installations (new installs/replacements) are dealt with and planned in accordance to the team availability. Deal with any urgent or last-minute requests as good as possible.
Ensure the EU LB telemetry installations are done correctly in collaboration with the technicians (EU Level).
Deal with all incoming emails in the team mailboxes in a timely manner.
Run daily reports to pick up on possible telemetry faults and ensure a fault is created for every faulty telemetry and assigned to the correct team.
Maintain and update the fault log with the feedback received from the different faults.
Organize telemetry training for new employees (CSR / Scheduling).
Decision Making Authorities: Be able to act on own initiative.
The jobholder will make decisions towards data issues and process conformance fully in line with all Air Products standards.
You will have: Preferable technical degree/bachelor higher diploma (Spain: FP2) or 3 to 5+ years of work experience in a suitable industrial sector.
High level of English and Polish. German is a plus.
Experience in providing real-time technical support for hardware and software.
Good understanding of Logistics Distribution Supply Chain.
Understanding of onsite equipment and process.
Ability to provide know-how to solve technical problems and provide technical solutions for technicians.
Knowledge of basic electricity and sensor technology is preferable but not a must.
Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, and manipulation skills.
Proficient in multiple PC-based applications in a Windows environment.
Experience in working in office environments.
Ability to work in a structured and methodical way. High attention to detail.
Good communication skills at all levels in documentation, e-mails, telephone & meetings (internal and external).
Able to work independently and unsupervised.
