We're currently searching for a Telemarketing & Lead Generation Specialist Located in Spain, Poland or Germany.
Your main tasks will include : Prospecting and Outreach : Identify potential customers for translations, interpreting, IP Services, language consulting and AI solutions, and initiate contact through cold calls, emails, or other outreach methods.
Long-tail: Identify and prioritize niche market segments or less competitive prospects that might not be immediately apparent but have long-term potential.
Research and analyze data to identify long-tail customer profiles, focusing on those often overlooked by competitors.
Develop personalized communication strategies to appeal to specialized or smaller customer groups with specific needs.
Work with marketing teams to create content or collateral targeting these niche audiences, aiding in their understanding of the product/service benefits.
Lead Qualification : Assess prospects' needs and determine their level of interest or suitability as leads.
Database Management : Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information about leads and interactions.
Script Adherence : Use prepared scripts or create personalized pitches to communicate product or service benefits effectively.
Or the other way round: Prepare and present proposals that address potential client needs effectively.
Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings / calls between qualified leads and sales representatives.
Market Research : Gather insights about target markets, industry trends, and competitors to refine lead generation strategies.
Follow-Up : Engage in timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Reporting : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversion rates.
Events / Travel requirements: Less than 10% Requirements : Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
At least 4 years of previous experience in Telemarketing and Lead Generation is preferred.
Have an advanced level of German & English, C1 or higher A good level of Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience in the translation, interpreting, localisation and IP sector is an asset.
