Fare going to Batangas will be reimbursed if the employee is not from Batangas Area. Plus, free staff house for 6 months will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities: Installation and repair of voice and data lines (copper or fiber). Must have good technical skills to solve problems effectively and be familiar with a variety of phone systems, performing services from basic repair to full installation. Install new phone lines and DSL to residential and business offices, including inside wiring and connecting to service wires outside. May involve climbing telephone poles to complete necessary connections. Install terminal boxes, which usually requires drilling holes through walls to make connections. Test, clean, and fix or replace faulty wiring while working closely with the central office (MDF assistants) to locate and analyze problems with customers' inside lines. Perform running, pulling, terminating, and splicing cables; install telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, etc.; responsible for installing, relocating, disconnecting, troubleshooting, and auditing cable service and ancillary equipment when necessary. Maintain and organize tools and materials in the assigned vehicle; report any damaged or lost tools and materials. Contribute to the performance output of the team and consistently adhere to the required SLAs set by management. Report to the immediate superior any potential problem areas that may adversely affect performance or work quality. Respond to customer requests and answer customer questions in a professional, courteous, and effective manner. Consult immediate superiors from time to time to confirm work orders. Expertise in the work of Outside Plan – scope of work given by PLDT (e.g., cable laying, civil works, fiber cutover, splicing, cabinet grooming, etc.). Deliver projects in a timely manner, aligning with the implementation schedule agreed with PLDT. Work well with subcontractors for the completion of projects before acceptance. Ensure that daily output, including the quality of work, meets the standards required by PLDT. Other tasks that may be assigned. Job Type: Full-time
