About the role of Electromechanical Technician
The candidate will professionally, efficiently, and kindly execute and carry out the actions and procedures indicated by their supervisor for the maintenance of the equipment (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) that integrates the hotel's operational structure, achieving the department's daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
What will you do in this position? Analyze the progress of preventive maintenance programs, provide feedback on current actions, and suggest improvements to objectives, always seeking to meet the established standards.Maintain and periodically review, together with their supervisor and the storekeeper, materials and equipment for contingencies to ensure they are in optimal condition and maintain stock levels always available.Participate in and successfully execute the Perfect Room Program to ensure that we always have the best product in the market to offer our guests high-quality experiences. What will be necessary for this role? High school education or equivalent experience.Experience of more than 3 years working in the operational maintenance area (kitchen, a/c).Experience in hotel maintenance electricity.Experience in motors to address potable water pump systems.
