We are looking for an ARC & Back Office Technician (m/f/d) based in Valencia. As an ARC & Back Office Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our solution runs smoothly. You'll use your technical skills to diagnose and fix issues that may arise during set-up or use. You'll work closely with the Operations Team to provide remote assistance to our customers. Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service and keep our solution running smoothly. What would be your responsibilities and duties? Detection Zone Configuration: Configure and maintain detection zones to ensure optimal security coverage, adapting settings to meet site-specific requirements. Regularly review and update configurations to enhance performance and reduce false alarms. Incident Resolution and Coordination: Monitor and verify system alerts, coordinating timely responses between the ARC, clients, and emergency services. Document incidents and actions taken, ensuring accurate records for reporting and analysis. ARC Development Participation: Actively contribute to the improvement of ARC systems and workflows by providing feedback, implementing new tools, and aligning operations with company objectives. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Oversee the functionality of video surveillance and alarm systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues as needed. Coordinate with IT and field technicians to maintain system performance and ensure compatibility with ARC infrastructure. Client Support and Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on system features, configurations, and protocols. Communicate updates, maintenance schedules, and incident details to ensure client satisfaction and system reliability. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure ARC operations adhere to industry standards, privacy regulations, and internal policies. Conduct audits of detection zones and processes, supporting documentation for compliance and quality assurance purposes. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on system performance and incident trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Use data insights to recommend actionable solutions and optimize ARC operations. Maintenance Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and coordinate routine maintenance and upgrades with technical teams to prevent system downtime. Notify clients of scheduled work and address potential issues proactively. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Support the onboarding and training of new ARC staff on systems and processes. Share insights on industry trends and new technologies to keep the team informed and capable of adapting to advancements. Proactive Risk Management: Monitor incident patterns to identify potential vulnerabilities or risks. Recommend adjustments to detection zones or system configurations to mitigate threats and enhance overall security. Personality: Technically skilled problem-solver: Experience of using tools and technology to achieve results and get problems fixed in the most efficient & effective way. Independent and eager to learn: Able to carry out your own work properly and solve problems without supervision from others. You should be open to learn independent of your industry background (if any), e.g. staff with a background in the events industry has been a successful match in the past. Qualifications: Technical Diploma (preferably IT, electronics or surveillance related) Driver's license: Full, valid driving license.
