Job description: A company in the payment services sector is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work in the Julian Camarillo area and perform the following tasks:
Answer calls from technicians.Generate tickets and perform actions in client applications.Generate reports using Office.Requirements: Experience with ticketing tools and alert management.Ability to supervise monitors and system alerts, applying appropriate procedures in case of failures.Education: Completed high school diploma.
Languages: Proficient in spoken and written Spanish and English.
