The Technology Workstream Lead for the Sandoz Transformation is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the integration and implementation of new technologies within the transformation initiative.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that the technology workstream aligns with the overall program and business objectives, delivering high-quality results and driving business transformation.
Major accountabilities: Leadership and Strategy: Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with the overall goals of the Program. Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance. Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within scope and on time. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business & cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and to facilitate decision-making processes. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security, complying with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing technology solutions and optimizing business processes. Technical Expertise: Extensive technological transformation programs, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals. Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment. Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices, with experience in driving organizational change initiatives. Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions.
