Context And Mission Reporting to BSC's Technology Transfer Manager, the TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER junior officer on IPR will support activities mainly focused on keeping BSC's IPR portfolio registers and BSC spin-off portfolio updated. In addition to IPR management tasks, identifying, registering, protecting and facilitating the exploitation of BSC's research results.
Key Duties Provide help on protecting BSC research project results in the most appropriate way.Help to maintain updated the BSC portfolio of technologies.Help with the registration of BSC spin-off documentation.Requirements EducationBusiness or Law degree preferred (applicants with a science or engineering degree will also be considered).Essential Knowledge and Professional ExperienceKnowledge on innovation, IPR management or similar.CompetencesFluency in English, Spanish and Catalan essential.Good written and verbal communication skills.Conditions The position will be located at BSC within the Directors Department.We offer a full-time contract (37.5h/week), a good working environment, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, support to the relocation procedures.Duration: Open-ended contract due to technical and scientific activities linked to the project and budget duration.Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement.Salary: we offer a competitive salary commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate and according to the cost of living in Barcelona.Starting date: 01/02/2025.Applications procedure and process All applications must be made through the BSC website and contain:
