Position Snapshot Location: Barcelona Type of Contract: Permanent Stream: Information Technology Type of work: Hybrid Work Language: Fluent Business English The role In this role, you will combine technical expertise and process redesign/rethinking, optimization and automation skills to drive continuous improvement practices within the Tech Innovation domain applied to Marketing Processes. You will use your wide technical background and experience developing tech solutions to take a hands-on approach to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate between cross-functional teams, including solution and portfolio architects, technical experts and Security & Compliance teams and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity in our processes and frameworks. Overall, you have the opportunity to lead and bring your technical expertise and process analysis skills to enhance the efficiency and value of the Marketing Processes. What you'll do Your main customer is Integrated Marketing Services, a unit which provides technology enabled services to the different business units and Markets across the company. Provides deep specialist guidance and support in their specific specialties (e.G. Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning). Supports the integration of solutions with various technologies. Supports and influences the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives, accountable to the Innovation or Product Manager for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables. Recommends improvements for service effectiveness and efficiency using emerging technologies and methods. Advises the product team on optimal technology solutions, aligning business and technical visions. Develops and reviews standards, documentation, and working methods in their expertise. Conducts preliminary studies and creates system specifications. Evaluates options and applies sound judgment to develop specialized solutions. Ensures operational readiness by defining global procedures and processes. Meets IT customer and consumer requirements while maintaining service quality and considering cost-effectiveness. Serve as the subject matter expert on innovation for Marketing processes, providing guidance and recommendations on, implementation of IT systems and tools to optimize processes and deliver value to the business. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for Marketing process improvement. Collaborate with innovation teams or other operational teams related to Marketing Operations. Collaborate with the relevant IT product managers to ensure solutions are implemented that to meet business requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for new tools and processes
