Technology Process & Performance Manager What this role is about?
The primary role of Technology Process Manager is to ensure that the IT processes, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organization's strategies, policies and standards.
Being the expert in the D&IT process you will own and keep improving them in line with D&IT Strategic goals and objectives.
You will also support on designing and implementing D&IT KPI, interacts with D&IT Management and D&IT Leads to present the results for their analysis and decision making as well as facilitate trainings and communications in alignment with Change management team What will you do?
Manage one or several D&IT processes to effectively approve or reject introducing changes and making improvements that will increase productivity, reduce costs and keep it simple Ensure that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate effectively and efficiently Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines Align Technology processes with Technology's strategic & operational goals, ensure alignment of process design to strategic and operational goals, establishing process measurement systems that align with organizational goals Recommend and participate in the analysis, evaluation and development of long-term D&IT strategic KPIs roadmap and operating plans related to D&IT function's own capabilities in line with the enterprise's long-term objectives Ensure accuracy and integrity of Technology Master Data in D&IT systems (ServiceNow, PowerBI, ...) Provide support on monthly D&IT Strategic & operational KPIs and any other D&IT dashboard.
Be a Gate keeper of all D&IT process documentation of the ODCIO Ensure all documentation of your processes and peers are up-to-date Prepare and being able to provide trainings for all D&IT process that ODCIO owns Liaise with IT Leads on current initiatives, provide all required information and documentation, so that future processes and systems are aligned with management expectations and are well adopted to deliver expected benefits What are we looking for?
15+ years of IT experience in designing and implementing IT processes/capabilities in a global, multicultural environment Great understanding and knowledge of D&IT processes architecture and industry best practices Excellent communication and presentations skills Strong analytical & and detail oriented attitude Good knowledge in terms of Power BI and ServiceNow Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel Previous working experience in an Agile environment is required Ability to work effectively in a diversified team under pressure situations Extensive Project Management experience (detailed knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios) Fluency in English, both written and spoken What are the next steps – Recruitment Process: Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
