A Day in the Life:As our Technology Organization Specialist on the MMA IT team, you will be responsible for championing MMA's People-First culture throughout rapid growth and expansion.
You will work within the MMA IT Practice Areas and Project Teams to integrate change management activities and coach managers and supervisors on how to effectively manage their teams through transitions, and effectively fulfill the role of change sponsor.
This role requires proactive communication and collaboration, along with a drive to ensure alignment and process efficiency across the organization.
This may include:
Assessing change impact and organizational readiness, identifying potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize colleague adoption and minimize friction – across departments, geographies, business units, etc.Tracking, collating, and reporting on resourcing needs and fulfillment status of open roles.Working closely with the individual Practice Areas to develop, manage, and distribute comprehensive learning paths and career pathways, as well as training and integration support for new team members to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience – this role involves finding and making learning content available, but not necessarily creating or teaching it.Proactively supporting MMA IT with Technology Team Organizational Design and Change Management best practices and associated communications.Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress.Our Future Colleague:We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Proven Change Management success, with expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Certifications relating to Change Management, Organizational and/or Process efficiency are a plus.
