What are you going to do?
You will lead and manage all activities related to research, development, and technology in our operations. You will be the key person driving continuous improvement projects, implementing new technologies and production methods, and evaluating daily performance across various stages of the production process.
Responsibilities:
Technology Development and Implementation: Lead the research and development of new technologies and production methods. Implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of our products.
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee technological projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and support the technology and development team, guiding and facilitating their work.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments to effectively integrate new technologies and processes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all technological developments and processes comply with local and international regulations.
Analysis and Reporting: Conduct performance analysis and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Monitor and analyze daily performance across various parts of the production process.
Who Are You?
Degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, food technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry, preferably with experience in mozzarella or dairy product production.
Advanced knowledge of production technologies and process development in the food industry.
Experience in managing and leading technical teams.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex technological projects.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
Experience in process automation and quality standards in the dairy industry.
