Technology Lead - Digital Supply Chain (F/M/D)

Job description:We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled tech lead with specialized expertise in the digitalization of supply chain processes. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the operations of supply chain applications, the deployment of system solutions to enable business growth, and supporting the digital transformation of supply chain process. Responsibilities:Lead the development, implementation, and operation of technology solutions enabling supply chain processes.Provide technology and data analytics solutions to support business requirements in key areas such as integrated demand & supply planning, global logistics & distribution, and global network planning.Play a leading role as part of our S/4 HANA initiative in the area of supply chain, ensuring a smooth migration considering all relevant interfaces to associated systems and applications. Partner with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions considering the existing system/application landscape.Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of technology solutions.Provide training and support for end-users for new functionalities and processes.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies driving innovation in the digital supply chain area.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree preferred).10+ years of experience managing global technology solutions in the supply chain area.In-depth knowledge of core SAP SD/MM & PP functionality, and expertise in S/4 and solutions such as Netweaver.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with agile methodologies.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Good understanding of supply chain processes and technology trends.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.Employment Type:Full TimeAlternative Locations:Spain : MadridTravelPercentage:0 - 20%Requisition ID: 13416#J-18808-Ljbffr
