The RoleIn order to complete our Direct to Consumers, Ecommerce Department, supporting Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand, we are currently looking for an eCommerce Technology Expert.
In this position, you will be part of the D2C eCommerce Product Team, acting as a technical lead of the squad you lead working on delivery of Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand.
What You'll DoDrives agile at scale ceremonies.Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, helping them solve complex problems.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, setting goals, and ensuring the team's productivity and efficiency.Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, create development plans, estimate timelines, and ensure successful project execution.Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Problem Solving: Act as a technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving critical production incidents.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, coding guidelines, and project documentation.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks that may impact project timelines or quality.

and a wide range of volunteering activities.Minimum QualificationsAdobe Commerce Expertise is a Must, strong hands-on experience (in Omni-Channel context).Extensive experience with PHP 4/5, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, MySQL and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and other JS frameworks.Experience with integrating Adobe Commerce with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, ERP systems, or CRM systems, is valuable.The ability to optimize the performance of Adobe Commerce websites is crucial.Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.Experience working in an eCommerce delivery team, using agile methodologies.Experience extending or customizing Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Enterprise) - experience with other frameworks such as Drupal, Demandware, Hybris and/or OS Commerce is a plus.Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer or Architect with strong PHP, Zend, and object-oriented programming experience (OOP/OOD).Extensive experience developing websites, back-end integrations.Basic to intermediate understanding of Linux and MS-SQL and/or MySQL.Good understanding of Web Analytics and SEO techniques.B.S.
in Computer Science or equivalent; MS CS or Engineering preferred.Knowledge of microservices and scalability/modular, SAAS options.Demonstrated experience in leading development teams.Success in leading hybrid on- and off-shore teams.Responsive web development techniques.Experience in performance optimization.Ability to adapt and pick up new technologies.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.Hands-on, do-er attitude.Nice to have at least two of the following:Experience with Headless approach and knowledge of at least one of the products: EDGE from Adobe, Hyva or BREEZE.Proficiency in NodeJS, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
