You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues who provide mentorship and inspiration so that you can become a better you.JOB PURPOSEIf you want to be part of Unilever's history, as being part of the creation of a completely new site that has the expectation to be a state of the art and future fit factory, a model for other sites to reference both internally and externally, then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEWe are looking for an experienced Engineer to join our team to help deliver the project through all stages: design, installation, and commissioning.Work with the team to deliver the project from concept through to fully operational status, ensuring all project KPI's have been met and the success is measurable.Develop solutions to improve both uptime and machine reliability across the manufacturing site.Develop suggestions and ideas with other Operators and Engineers and apply technical solutions.Develop Engineering Procedures to ensure best practice for machine maintenance and share with site Engineering team for equipment and machines that are introduced through the projects.Use experience and capabilities to give a practical aspect to the project team to deliver effective installation and commissioning of the new line.EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor degree in engineering is required.Excellent communication skills and a good level of computer literacy are essential.Experience with WCM, TPM, or other Continuous Improvement culture.Effective communicator with all members of the operations team including engineering, production, safety, and quality teams.Use appropriate APQP tools.Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion, and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
