Overview Responsible for tasks associated with supporting projects. Provides direct support to the project management team and performs ad hoc analysis. Collects, inputs, organizes, and manages data from various sources, which may include project managers, Project Controller, subject matter experts, and budgetary documentation. Assist in monthly business processes such as AR and AP. Support SAP data extraction for several reporting purposes. Support PM in purchasing process, ensuring correct supplier and PR-PO are set up in SAP and other enterprise systems. Support Project Controller in Cash Collection analysis. Input data into various systems. Assist in the generation of reports and distribution of information, results, and basic analyses to appropriate personnel. REQUIREMENTS Deep knowledge of SAP PS and SD modules. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and MS Project proficiency. Well-organized with proven success in managing assignments to timely completion. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Highly motivated, self-starter. Proficient in both Spanish and English.
