To learn the industry (especially e-bike repair and sales) and understand the products we offer on a technical level and to perform e-bike repair, check, and fix e-bikes following company standards. Analyze, troubleshoot, and carry out bicycle maintenance and repair on all kinds of bicycles. Assemble and build up new e-bikes. Prepare and build complete e-bikes with accessories for in-store orders and deliver to customers. Greet and acknowledge each customer. Assist customers where possible. Provide answers to product and payment-related queries. Resolve customer complaints. Accurately process sales and payments. Accept cash, checks and issue receipts for payments received. Listening to customers, identifying problems, developing and proposing solutions, performing repairs, replacing parts, providing quotes, and doing simple paperwork. Be customer service-oriented and maintain a good appearance as you are the face of our company when you deliver e-bikes. Assist with general retail duties such as customer service, sales, and inventory management. Maintain company records and make any/all necessary documents. Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner. Demonstrate safe, professional, and courteous customer service. Maintain and order office supplies. Maintain a neat, tidy, and orderly work area.
Minimum Requirements:At least a Senior High School diploma; fresh graduates are welcome.Knowledge in repair, maintenance, and building up of e-bikes is an advantage but not required.Ability to respond to customer queries.Good communication skills.Job Types:Full-time, Fresh graduate
