Business Contribution - Lead and co-ordinate all global activities related to technical literature across Enerpac organization, of both Custom Special Products (CSP), New Product Development (NPD) and Sustaining projects managed by the engineering department. In addition, will contribute, as necessary, in technical writing tasks and activities.- Lead and co-ordinate the global technical writer team's workloads and priorities.- Actively drive continuous improvement activities, monitoring industry trends in technical writing and evolving the skills and capabilities of the technical writing team.- Support creation and maintenance of the site Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards, global technical writer processes and procedures. As well as support for periodic ISO certification site audits.- Be an active member of the PMO department and support other departments.Key Responsibilities:Technical Writer, Team Leader reports to the Global Project Manager and provides all the support required to global engineering departments and when required to the rest of the department of the organization.Lead the global technical writing team to deliver the technical documentation on time, following established literature release process and well practices.Lead and manage as administrator the technical documentation release process to the Enerpac Vault repository. Lead periodic audits of the eVault technical documentation to ensure a high level of quality and integrity.Coordinate compliance certificates, as needed, of the products design and manufactured by Enerpac according to standards.Responsible to work closely with engineering & service department to gather all the information required to deliver the technical documentation related to any type of project activity (CSP, NPD and Sustaining):Operating Instruction bookTroubleshooting & repair manualTechnical Data sheetSpare part listService & Maintenance planParticipate actively in any project activities, as required, special attention to Kick off meetings and product FMEA creation.Collaborate actively with the project engineers and service engineers to provide revision of the literature documents after Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).Participate actively in the activities of the engineering department, for example, Lesson learned, Lean events, Master Classes, and continuous improvement.Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement.Always represent the Company in a professional manner, both internally and externally.
