Position Overview: The position has full responsibility to manage and coordinate all activities related to technical literature: Providing all New Product Development (NPD) and Custom Special Products (CsP) with the correct documentation on time.
Providing the final revision of documentation according to the delivery of the product to the final client or entities with the service department.
Maintaining the technical literature of standard products.
The Technical Writer reports daily to the Team Leader/Manager and will support all ETG entities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: Requesting information from the engineering & service department to create literature documents concerning projects such as: Instruction books Troubleshooting guides Data sheets Spare part lists Service plans Maintenance plans Participating actively in the FMEA at both quotation and project development stages.
Storing and managing the necessary certificates of the supplied products.
Collaborating with service engineers to revise literature documents after SAT is completed and delivered to the client.
Creating, implementing, and maintaining standard work manuals and procedures as required.
Participating in activities like lessons learned, lead events, master classes, and continuous improvement.
Delivering the required documentation on time, ensuring that the launch date in NPD and CsP is a priority target.
Ensuring all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced in Lifting COE.
Proactively participating in safety awareness and improvement.
Representing the company professionally, both internally and externally, and complying with all company policies and procedures.
Required Capabilities: Computer skills: Microsoft Office, InDesign, Illustrator (or similar).
Advanced systems and analytical computer skills (AutoCAD, CREO or SOLID, Microsoft Office package).
Self-starter, proactive, and execution-focused.
Experienced in safety policies.
Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred.
