Responsabilities Create and maintain Product documentation (e.g. Release documentation, PCI process documentation) Organize and manage our collaborative documentation platform (confluence) to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date (e.g. information about organization, processes, trainings, onboarding, support and create templates) Collaboration with different people/teams/sources to gather and verify information write well-structured and easy-to-understand documentation review and edit documentation for completeness, style, and accuracy, which includes correcting documentation created by other teams Qualifications and experience University degree (master / bachelor) in computer science/engineering/journalism or at least 3 years of experience in any of these areas Documentation isn't just a task for you; it's a passion for sharing knowledge in a valuable way with the teams. Strive to maintain and enhance the quality of documentation, embrace creativity to identify improvements, and take initiative and motivation to drive those enhancements forward. Excellent knowledge of English Very good communication skills Strong attention to detail in order to maintain and improve the quality of the documentation.
