This is a permanent position based in our Malmö, Brighton, or Barcelona studios, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
What you will do: Identify and resolve inconsistencies within our Glacier engine, ensuring tools are easily accessible for internal users.
Deepen your understanding of the Glacier engine's complexities to effectively prioritize usability improvements.
Develop a comprehensive UX strategy focused on core needs, with UI enhancements as a secondary objective.
Work closely, primarily with tools programmers and stakeholders such as level designers and technical artists, to understand user requirements and deliver designs that enhance their workflow.
Conduct user experience research within the team to understand pain points and satisfaction levels, using feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Who you are : You have 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within the gaming industry or in application/software development.
You're familiar with major game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) or have experience working on internal tools for large teams.
You bring a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI projects, especially in complex or technical software environments.
You're passionate about understanding user needs and skilled at translating feedback into actionable design solutions.
