Our mission at Make Academy is to empower individuals to succeed with Make by delivering impactful and engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, instructional design expertise, and a passion for continuous learning. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will conceptualize, design, and create innovative online training materials that reach over 60,000 learners worldwide, collaborating with the Make Academy Team and various stakeholders across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Plan, research, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that simplify complex automation concepts for diverse audiences.Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, write, and develop interactive online training content.Use cutting-edge learning technologies to create highly interactive and engaging learning experiences.Foster a learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and continuous improvement.Adapt training methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles and dynamically changing environments.Put the learner at the center of everything you do, ensuring training content is valuable and easy to understand.Utilize feedback channels with learners to continuously improve the training experience and measure impact.Complete administrative tasks such as uploading courses and maintaining content in our Learning Management System (LMS).Qualifications:2+ years of experience in instructional design, or a related field.Proven experience in training, especially in explaining complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.Experience in storyboard scripting, working with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360), collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro) and learning management systems (e.g. Thinkific) is ideal.Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down topics into manageable steps and identify essential knowledge requirements.Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and address the needs of diverse audiences.Proficiency in programming concepts with a solid technical background.Demonstrated passion for learning and exploring new technologies and concepts.Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions and visual analogies to enhance learning.Highly adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and unpredictable environments.Interest in API ecosystems and a good understanding of no-code automation tools.What we offer:RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every dayMultinational team with 40+ nationalities creating the future of automation25 days of vacation, 24th & 31st Dec company holidayRSUs grant for a newborn childMeal and transportation ticketsFamily leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and 12 weeks for supporting carersCarers leave programs for supportingIf you are an innovative thinker with a passion for teaching and a strong technical background, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
