Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and credible Technical Trainer to join our team.
Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for preparing and conducting training courses to help workers learn new and grow current skills and train them on proper computer and systems usage for our organisation.
If you know how to design engaging training material to explain technical procedures and best practices, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities Design technical and procedural manuals using English as a base language.
Create new material or update existing material by describing informational needs, submitting initial versions for review, revising, and editing final copy.
Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily.
Research and recommend learning systems if applicable.
Constantly improve training by evaluating effectiveness.
Train new employees on proper use of hardware and software.
Perform regular organisation-wide trainings and workshops on system security.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session and track employee success and progress.
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials.
Requirements 2+ years proven work experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role.
Training Certifications.
Sound knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques.
Experience designing technical training programs and workshops.
Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.
Familiarity with software development.
Fluent in English.
