Technical Trainer - Passenger Cars

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
As Technical Trainer you will: Execute European distributor courses in person and on-site coaching for distributors in Iberia.
Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials.
Responsible for post-training, course implementation and evaluation of trainees.
Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents.
Course development and improvement.
Assist in the development of training plans.
Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies.
Support for skills competitions or other technical activities.
Other work assigned by the leader.
Your profile: More than 3 years related experience.
Enthusiasm of New Energy Vehicle and training work.
Fluent Spanish and other European language is a plus.
Willing and flexible to travel among European countries and to China.
