Technical Trainer

As Technical Trainer you will:Execute European distributor courses in person and on-site coaching for distributors in Iberia.Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials.Responsible for post-training, course implementation and evaluation of trainees.Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents.Course development and improvement.Assist in the development of training plans.Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies.Support for skills competitions or other technical activities.Other work assigned by the leader.Your profile:More than 3 years related experience.Enthusiasm for New Energy Vehicle and training work.Fluent in Spanish and other European languages is a plus.Willing and flexible to travel among European countries and to China.We offer:Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration, pension plan.Department & company-wide team-building events.An exciting opportunity to be part of the European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and de-carbonization of the economy.Please attach your CV in English.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a World of clean air.
