Technical Trainer - Automotive Refinish : PPG Industries, Barcelona The Technical Trainer will report to the Business Director at PPG ICR Ibérica SA.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out technical-commercial courses to customers, theoretical and practical (distributors, commercials, technicians, workshops), at ICR Iberica Technical Centre.
Theoretical and practical training on our colour software, use of spectrophotometers at ICR Iberica or at customers' premises.
Training for distributors/workshops at customers' companies.
Demonstration of products to potential new customers.
Production and improvement of the company's training PowerPoint presentations.
Telephone technical assistance service for incidents involving our products.
Applications/tests of new products and tests for resolving incidents.
User level IT support to our customers on Colour software.
Qualifications Training in CICLO FORMATIVO CARROCERIA Y PINTURA and/or accredited experience in the sector.
3 years experience as a car painter or equivalent.
Valuable experience as a trainer.
User level (Office, Outlook, management programs).
Proactive person used to working in a team.
English verbal and written.
Italian verbal and written.
