Our client: International company based in Zurich and Valencia with more than 15 years of experience in delivering high-performance, scalable and tailored solutions for international customers.
Building own product already used by thousands of paying customers.
Requirements: Computer Engineering.
High level of English.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, React, Node, and Symfony and ability to develop them following the principles of security, scalability, monitoring, etc.
Knowledge of unit, integration, and automation testing and secure coding practices.
Experience working with CI/CD processes, infrastructure management, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Cloud technologies.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
The ability to write performant database solutions and knowledge of caching and indexing strategies.
Ability to break down and plan work effectively and identify dependencies between deliverables upfront.
Experience with: Establishing strong relationships with clients by actively listening, clarifying needs, guiding workshops, and ensuring alignment.
Working effectively with others, resolving conflicts, and supporting teammates.
Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing time effectively.
Participating in and preparing/leading internal and customer seminars.
Taking overall responsibility for the product, monitoring progress, setting priorities, and ensuring that the team remains aligned with common goals.
Inspiring, motivating, and coaching the team to foster a positive and productive team culture.
Making informed decisions that consider both technical and business requirements in a timely manner.
Supporting individual growth of team members through coaching, feedback, and continuous learning opportunities.
Understanding of the specific requirements and characteristics of the industry and its projects for which the software is being developed (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
Openness and understanding of cultural differences within a team, especially in international or diverse teams.
