As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for handling customer technical support queries through various channels in a timely manner.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Gather and document all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered. Keep up to date with all new developments in the technical area, networks, and consumer electronics relating to the position. Handle customer technical support queries through various channels in a timely manner. Provide good customer service with the aid of high-quality technical knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns in order to understand customer requirements and identify technical issues. Targeted Qualifications Fluency in relevant languages. Excellent communication skills. Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone. Experience in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environment is beneficial. Knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.
) Strong technical knowledge and experience in the technical field will be considered as an advantage. Ability to multi-task with an analytical mindset. Completed ICT training is preferred.
