About the Role As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, or chat
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Document customer interactions and issues in our system
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the field
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements Proficient or bilingual level of French and advanced level of English
Completed ICT training
Knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products
Good understanding of the MS Office environment
Service-oriented, accurate, analytical, communicative, and good telephone etiquette
What We Offer Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract
Salary 20,000 euros gross/year + up to 1,800 euros gross/year in bonus
