Technical Support Specialist

A Solar Panel and Battery Technician is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solar energy systems and battery storage solutions. This role involves supporting both residential and commercial projects to ensure efficient and sustainable energy production and storage.Key Responsibilities:Design solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and battery storage solutions.Research new solar technologies and battery systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.Provide technical support and training to installation, sales, customer service teams, and customers.Assist in resolving technical issues and customer inquiries.Conduct research on new solar technologies, materials, and methods.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in solar energy and battery storage.Collaborate with research institutions and industry partners to develop innovative solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Professional certifications in solar energy systems and battery storage are a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in solar energy systems and battery storage.Proven track record of successful project management and system installations.Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage technologies, and electrical engineering principles.Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
