As part of the Application Management Service team, you will be focused on analyzing and finding the root cause of the incidents and their subsequent monitoring, providing technical support to clients and internal teams, and collaborating with different teams to improve the platform.

How you'll make an impact Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems. Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams. Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs. Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly. Contribute to the product development during testing, release, and hyper-care of new functionality as required. Your background Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 2-4 years of experience in technical support or development. Experience working in applications using .Net Core, C#, MS SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Spanish.
