We are seeking experienced Technical Support Staff to join our growing team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software technical support to our valued customers predominately in the stadia space ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
As a Technical Support team member - Service Delivery for Oolio/Swiftpos, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. In this full-time role located in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila PH, you will be a critical member of our IT support team, ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their technical issues.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from customers, providing first-line support and escalating complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems to identify and implement effective solutions.Document all support interactions and maintain detailed records of customer cases.Proactively identify and recommend improvements to our support processes and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends.What we're looking for: 4+ years technical remote support and hands-on implementation experience in IT support, preferably with Point-of-Sale terminal experience.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues, both via chat and on-site.Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and empathetic manner.Proficiency in using various software and hardware troubleshooting tools and techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends across multiple time zones.Be able to travel and work overseas, if required.
