* Uses effective communications skills and appropriate support tools to resolve customer requests in a timely fashion, professionally guiding members through steps to resolve technical problems and issues
* Responsible in ensuring that customer expectations are met and are in line with policies, practices and procedures
Responsible in meeting predetermined targets, represent the client in a professional manner and should have strong customer service skills
*Meets and/or exceeds client requirements for deliverable output
* Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize
